Paul fits right into our family, he's really happy, very patient as all the kids hold him and kiss him all day. He's growing fast, at his 2 week check up he was 8 lbs 6 oz., which is a big improvement from the 7 lbs 2 oz that he was when he was released from the hospital. I am recovering also, slowly but surely. I lost a LOT of blood, and have had to take things slowly, but my hematocrit level is rising (it's to a 30, it went down to a 19, and it has to go up to a 45) and I'm doing great. Paul likes to be awake from about 9 to midnight, so I'm tired, but happy. I'm off the pain medication, and life is getting back to normal. We have had so much help from the ward, and family, THANKS everyone! I truly appreciate all the babysitting, meals, visits, phone calls and rides!
Tyce and Kayla had their parent teacher conferences this week, they are both doing great! They're making friends, and loving school. I'm so surprised how fast they learn! Garrett and Lance are doing great also, they are such sweet boys! Lance know's I can't pick him up because of the surgery, so he's really good about going upstairs by himself at nap time instead of kicking and screaming while I carry him. Next step, potty training.

Update
I haven't blogged for a while, I've been energy-less for a while. Baby #5 is coming a week from today! I'm excited about that. We're going to name him Paul. I'm glad to be at the end of the pregnancy era in my life. Only 7 days left of pregnancy EVER! So exciting! We have everything set up finally, and are just counting down the days.
It's been interesting with Kayla and Tyce gone all day at school. Lance and Garrett are having a hard time together without the older kids. Tyce and Garrett like to play rough, and Kayla totally babies and spoils Lance, so if you take away Tyce and Kayla, Garrett tries to be rough with Lance, and Lance wants to be babied by Garrett. Garrett's not a softie... he doesn't baby anything. It's been a challenge. Hopefully they'll get used to being together and not fight so much.
Quinn's job is going well, he's staying busy, and that's nice. The vinyl business is staying busy also. Q just got called to be in the YM presidency, and I just got called to be the Activities commitee chairman. It should be fun! I don't really have to do anything until the Christmas party since Paul's coming soon.
Kayla and Tyce are doing great in school, and they love feeling so independant. They like to pack their own lunches, and walk home from the bus by themselves. If I try to go pick them up, I get scolded because "Mom, we're not babies! We can walk home without you holding our hands!" Oh, they grow so fast. Garrett starts Preschool on the 5th, he's looking forward to that. I'm interested to see how he's going to do, since he doesn't like to sit still, unless he has a wii remote in his hand. Even then, he's bouncing on the couch while he plays! He's such a busy boy. Lance is growing fast too, he's such a smart little guy. He doesn't realize that he's only one. He likes to jump off the stairs like the big kids, and go outside for walks by himself when no one is watching. He's getting very independant. He knows what he wants to eat, and what he wants to do, and doesn't like when he doesn't get his way. Sorry Lance, we can't have Chocolate for every meal!
Life is good! We love our ward, and our friends in the neighborhood. We have so many good things in our lives, we are truly blessed. I have a husband who spoils me rotten, and I enjoy every minute of it! Thanks Mom and Dad Johnson for raising such a great man. I adore him.

First Day of School
Kayla started all day Kindergarten this year, and Tyce started 2nd grade. They both LOVE school, well, Kayla loves it, and Tyce endures it. She can't wait to do her homework when she gets home, and she's so happy to tell me all about her day. She comes home and says "Ok Mom, Homework time. I need a pencil and a snack! Lets go Mom! Pencil and a snack!" I forgot to take the camera as they got on the bus in the morning, but I remembered it when I picked them up.
